Entering a premises:

As our classes are held in community spaces adults will be required to wear a face covering when entering and leaving a venue. When you arrive please wash your hands or use the provided hand sanitiser. While waiting for a class to begin please remain socially distanced. When you enter the hall you will be asked to go to a specific space to ensure social distancing within the class. Your class leader will give you more instruction regarding the venue as to if face coverings must remain on during the session or can be removed at your allocated area. Government guidelines for face coverings can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/face-coverings-when-to-wear-one-and-how-to-make-your-own/face-coverings-when-to-wear-one-and-how-to-make-your-own

Social distancing during classes:

During classes you will be responsible to ensure both yourself and child remain within the allocated zone. Government details on social distancing can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-meeting-with-others-safely-social-distancing/coronavirus-covid-19-meeting-with-others-safely-social-distancing

Lockdown & Local lockdowns

If a lockdown or local lockdown comes into effect during your booked term, virtual classes will be used to replace your booked sessions. These classes may consist of live Zoom sessions or pre-recorded classes which can be accessed online. Refunds will not be given if an alternative session is provided by your class leader.

Class leader illness:

If your class leader is unable to lead a session due to illness, a virtual or pre recorded session will be provided. If your leader is unable to provide this, a session credit, transfer or refund will be offered.

Kit bags:

To increase infection control please ensure you bring your kit bag to each session. This limits contact with shared resources. You are responsible for all items in your kit bag and cleaning. If items are lost you are able to purchase new items from your class leader at additional costs to classes.

Visitors & siblings:

During this time we ask that only one adult comes to classes with their child as no visitors will be permitted inside the venues. This is to ensure we are providing a Covid secure environment. Wherever possible please do not bring siblings to sessions. If this cannot be avoided please speak to your class leader. You are responsible to ensure all children remain in their allocated zone.

Leaving the premises:

Please ensure that adults are wearing a face covering when leaving the premises. Please use the provided hand sanitiser or wash your hands. Please leave promptly to ensure any unnecessary contact with others.

Cleaning:

A strict cleaning regime is in place to ensure shared resources are cleaned before and after each family bubble handles them.

Face coverings:

Face coverings MUST be worn by all attendees over the age of 11. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering please discuss this with your class leader before attending class. Medical proof of exemption may be required.

NHS Track and trace:

Your details will be shared with NHS track and trace if required. Find out more information about track and trace here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/nhs-test-and-trace-how-it-works

Changes to these terms and conditions may be made to ensure we are following all current government guidelines.
